Andy Rubin is the inventor, father and co-founder of Android. He co-founded Android in 2003-2005 and in 2005, the giant Google got its eyes on Andy’s invention and acquired the Android Inc. After the acquisition, Google made him Senior Vice President of the Android. On October 30, 2014, he left Google and started his new company for hardware startups.

After Google Rubin was on something and According to Bloomberg, in the start of this year, Rubin hired 40 individuals for his new company named Essential. Back in March, Andy Rubin tweeted and shared an image that indicated a bezel-less smartphone.

This tweet started a rumors war on the internet and confirmed one thing that Rubin is working on some sort of Smartphone. After one month, Andy Rubin tweeted again to show off a new Twitter account with the name of his company.

Recently, the new company’s own Twitter account teased us with another news and declared that something big is coming on May 30.

Apparently, the Android co-founder is on something to reveal and very much possibly, it will be a smartphone. There is no confirmation about the name and specification of this new smartphone but the rumors are there on the internet.
